Reservations and On-site Bookings

  • Booking days: Daily, from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Reservations can be made:

  • Please provide:

    • Full names of all attending guests

    • Mobile number and email address

  • Reservation deposits (deducted from your final bill):

    • PHP 3,000 deposit for groups of 2 to 4 guests

    • PHP 7,500 deposit for groups of 5 to 8 guests

  • The remaining amount will be settled at the restaurant after your meal.

  • Bookings are accepted only for groups of 2–4 or 5–8 guests.

  • Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with two dinner seatings:

    • 6:00 PM – 7:45 PM

    • 8:15 PM – 10:00 PM

Refund Policy

This is a “Book & Buy” experience with limited seating.

  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations or no-shows.

  • Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

    • The event is canceled due to force majeure, or

    • There is a government-mandated cancellation (e.g., LGU or national directive)

Rules & Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience:

  • Guests must be 12 to 65 years old to participate.

  • Please wait for staff assistance before being seated.

  • Guests with health concerns (e.g., asthma, breathing difficulties) will not be admitted.

  • COP Aqua Dining is not responsible for:

    • Lost or stolen personal belongings

    • Injuries due to negligence

    • Service delays caused by late arrivals

  • Tables will be released to waiting guests if not claimed promptly.

  • Security checks will be conducted. The following items are not allowed:

    • Outside food or beverages

    • Pets

    • Weapons or prohibited substances

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or request any guest to leave without refund in cases of unsafe, illegal, or offensive behavior.

  • Bookings cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
